- To purchase SynergEyes hybrid contact lenses from our website, you must:
- Be a resident of the UK.
- Have a valid prescription for SynergEyes hybrid contact lenses from a registered optician.
- Be an existing wearer of SynergEyes hybrid contact lenses.
2. Orders, Prescription Verification, and Supply of Lenses
- Customers must be existing SynergEyes hybrid contact lens wearers with a valid prescription from their optician to place an order through Hybrid Contacts Direct.
- By placing an order, customers authorize Hybrid Contacts Direct to order the specified lenses from SynergEyes on their behalf.
- Orders can be placed through our website at any time.
- Once your order is confirmed, we will place an order with SynergEyes on your behalf. Delivery times may vary based on the availability of lenses from SynergEyes. We are not responsible for delays caused by SynergEyes or any issues arising from their supply chain.
3. Pricing, Payment, Shipping, and Delivery
- Prices for SynergEyes hybrid contact lenses are as listed on Hybrid Contacts Direct and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering, and we accept payment via Stripe payment services.
- Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Please allow about 10-14 days for delivery of the hybrid lenses from the date of purchase, delivery time will be extended if orders are amended.
- Hybrid Contacts Direct is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by SynergEyes or third-party shipping providers. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for any delays or losses caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.
4. Cancellation, Returns, Refunds, Warranty, and Liability
- Customers have the right to cancel or amend an order within 24 hours from the time of order. Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes.
- Due to the personalized nature of contact lenses as a medical device, returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery if the contact lenses are unused and the vial packaging unopened. Returns are subject to inspection and approval before a refund can be issued.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect, customers may be eligible for a replacement hybrid contact lens, subject to SynergEyes' warranty policy.
- Hybrid Contacts Direct shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the products purchased through www.hybridcontactsdirect.co.uk. Our liability is limited to the cost of the lenses purchased.
